We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free 2-day shipping, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Orders cannot be shipped to international, APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses.

- All orders are subject to credit and address verification.
- For your protection overnight shipping may require a customer signature upon delivery.
- Expedited shipping fees are not refundable should a purchase be returned. Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order.
- You will be notified via e-mail if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment.

Please send in your request to cancel an order at info@makarcollections.com. However, there is no guarantee it will be cancelled prior to fulfillment or shipping processes. If your order ships before we are able to cancel it, you can use the prepaid return label included inside the package to return the order for a full refund within 14 days of delivery while following all return instructions.  Initial shipping charges are not refundable.

We want you to love your MAKAR purchase. If you are not satisfied however, we gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 14 days of delivery FREE OF CHARGE - except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. We accept returns via mail to our return address only. MAKAR, 75 Washington Valley Road, Bedminster, NJ 07921.

Items must be unworn and unused. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on footwear in clean, carpeted areas. Please note: shoes that show signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund.

Initial shipping charges are not refundable.  Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the form of the original purchase method. Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

A convenient prepaid label will be included in your package. Attach the adhesive label to the package and seal the box. If you choose to use this label, no postage is required.  If a shipping label is needed, please contact us at info@makarcollections.com.
